The Property Centre is one of the largest property agents in the South West, with agents in Gloucester, Stroud, Cheltenham and Worcester. In 2015 they were voted The Sunday Times South West Estate Agency of the Year Award, due to their excellent personal customer service in an often faceless marketplace.

Lost & Found Creative joined forces with The Property Centre in 2015 and have since become a valued member of the marketing team.

Following an initial brand review, Lost & Found have been working with The Property Centre to rationalise communications and establish brand consistency; a subsequent, highly-visual advertising campaign has been launched, utilising a new image library.

We continue to work with The Property Centre to build on recent successes, helping them to refine messaging and create brand distinction between Sales and Lettings. We produce press and social media campaigns on a weekly basis, alongside more strategic communications.

We have worked with Lost & Found Creative on a variety of projects, from adverts and promotional leaflets to corporate signage and digital branding, and have found both their creative design and considerable branding expertise hugely beneficial as we promote our brand and services across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. They understand our goals, and always strive to find the right imagery and tone of voice which will help us connect with our audience.
